Melissa Suzanne George is an actress, businesswoman, inventor and model born in Australia. When she began her professional career back to her home country, Melissa Suzanne George was able to make it in Hollywood. Born in the city of Perth George was first attracted by dancing and artful roller skating. In 1992, she started her career as a model when she was in her teens. The award was given to her as Western Australia's Teenage Model Of The Year for the year. The actress made her debut on screen the next year on an episode on Seven Network's soap-opera Home and Away. Following her first appearance on the big screen Dark City's thriller of mystery, she played a variety of secondary roles on Alias The Limey, Down with Love and a variety of other shows prior to her debut in a lead female role on popular Hollywood in the 2005 remake of The Amityville Horror. Presently, she's one of the most sought-after Australian foreigners in the American entertainment industry. In her capacity as an entrepreneur, George has launched her own creation Style Snaps into the market.
